Territory Head
Job Description:
- Identify new customers who might benefit from company products or services and maximise customer potential in designated territories
- Prepare monthly sales, order booking, collection, travel plan and trial plan
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Persuade customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Visit and Manage customer accounts
- Visit key contacts at customer end like finance, production, tooling team.
- Maintain regular communication with HO & Customers
- Understand production plan of Customer
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product information to customer/dealers
- Collect required application details and other information from customer for submission of quotation
- Negotiate quotations / tenders and contract terms & conditions to meet both customer and company needs
- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical and application support as required
- Arrange and carry out product usage training at customer end
- Customer mapping of key accounts and territory including VMI
- Prepare and submit relevant sales and daily visit reports
- Meet Monthly and annual sales targets
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, customer conferences, seminars and other marketing events
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Provide required information to customer support team
- Conduct the trials and conclude. Submit trial report to respective concerns
- Attend customer complaints if any and submit reports
- Collect payments as per plan (GRN Monitoring)

Experience: 4-8 Years
