Regional Manager – NORTH

Job Description:

  1. Framing Annual Budget & Achieving Annual Budgeted sales
  2. Contribution to the company from sales generated in assigned region
  3. Responsible for new business by adding New Customer
  4. Order execution and return on product delivery
  5. Developing Strategy for Top 10 regional customers business growth
  6. To define marketing initiatives for better customer engagement and delight by conducting programs like Customer seminars and get together, etc
  7. Taking decisions towards Negotiating and finalizing the Orders/Tenders,
  8. Co-Creating strategy for managing teams & their deliverables
  9. Making strategies to handle volatile and dynamic market scenario keeping in line with business and company objectives
  10. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product information to customer/dealers
  11. Arrange and carry out product usage training at customer end
  12. Customer mapping of key accounts and territory
  13. Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  14. Facilitate required information to customer support team
  15. Responsible for Resolving Customer Complaints on time
  16. Payment collection and credit days as per policy
  17. Managing key accounts with long term orientation.
  18. Developing team, develop and nurture potential candidates to take up future RN role.
  19. Dealer and channel management. Identifying and developing new dealers.

Additional Requirements:

  2. 3+ Years in Team Handling Role
  3. Ability to organize events, campaigns

Preferred Industry:

Cutting Tools, Industrial Consumables, Lubricants, Bearings
